    20251226-29 I arrived and was greeted by Janet, a very nice employee working at the front desk. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, just an hour drive to Fall Creek Falls State Park and 45 mins to Burgess Falls State Park. There are many State parks with waterfalls in the area. I picked thos hotel because it is a Hilton and it is convenient for me to travel to a different place each day, and still be the closest drive on the day when I head home. My pups slept well. 😴😴

    We checked in via app but were still required to go to front desk. We were tired after 13 hours on the road and just wanted to get to our room quickly. Digital key didn't work, so had to go back to front desk. Their key card machine was then messing up, so we only got 1 key card. Then, no luggage carts were available when we checked in or out. Front desk said people take them to their rooms and don't bring them back. That there is nothing they can do. Perhaps hidden air tags would help locate them. Thankfully, we were on first floor by door, so we just made multiple trips bringing in our things since there were signs the hotel was not responsible for items left in cars. We didn't want to risk our car being broken into. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Overall, just need to work on customer service.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was under some renovations but it was not noticeable. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was served each morning. I do like the check in online and the digital doorway through the app. Took away from worrying about keeping a key with you. Highly recommend staying here if your in the area.
