Super satisfied ! I stayed a week. Front desk and all the staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast server Katina treated us like family. Food was 8.5 out of 10 which is exceptional for a hotel of this caliber. We will definitely come back.

I’m been a Hilton Diamond Member for 5+ years and I always book online and pick my room. When available I always pick a room on the top floor, but when I got my digital key, it was on the third floor.
The room didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The door to the HVAC control was on the floor. There was a partial roll of toilet paper (no second roll) and there were bits of lint and trash on the floor.
Half of the outside doors were open, even though there was a sign there that said they were locked for guest safety. My digital key wouldn’t work on the other half.

Bathroom was OK, not as clean as you'd expect them to be. All the Hiltons I've been to offered complimentary breakfast except this one. It should be made clear when booking and checking in that breakfast is $14.99 a person and only free for Diamond Members. This disappointed me and my daughter when we got up early to get breakfast in the hotel we payed to stay at just to have to go to the local Waffle house instead.

This is for our stay on 15 Oct 2025. A huge plus, the bed was GREAT, very comfortable. But these rooms are tired and need word. We walked into a room with a misaligned closet door, the refrigerator was old and the door did not seal well. Then we discovered that the electric mechanism to lower the blinds was not working. After the maintenance team came to help, they discovered they didn't have the correct tool/charger to fix. We had to use blankets and pillows to block the window. Then the next morning, the shower gel was empty in the shower! Kudos to the staff for being incredibly helpful and willing to help fix our issues. They offered to move us, but we'd already unpacked and chose to stay in the room. Yes, these are first-world problems, but I expected better from a Garden Inn.

This has probably been the most disappointing hilton garden we've stayed at. The a young man at the front desk seemed put off to have to check us in. He didn't let us know about the restaurant on site or that they didn't offer breakfast In the morning for free. Complimentary breakfast is a reason we stay at hilton gardens or comparable hotels, this is the first one that hasn't offered it. They have a happy hour but we weren't told about any specials or half price drinks so I don't know what they consider happy hour. We ate at the restaurant one night. The server that was there was very friendly. The food was reasonably priced and was okay. They only offer coffee for a short time in the morning. It was just another thing that is usually offered all day at other hotels, but not here. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean. we won't stay here again.
