    I really enjoy staying at the Garden Inn's. They always have a different vibe than the other Hilton properties. There was a lot of food options around this hotel and it was very easy to make it back to the interstate the next day. The only thing is the breakfast is not included, so I opted to eat breakfast on the way out of town. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The rooms were clean and smelled good.

    Michael and Dwight are the best! Beautiful hotel, immaculate lobby. Quick elevators, free onsite parking, hotel itself is clean comfortable beds. I experienced no concerns or issues and would stay here again. Viligant night staff help keep the hotel feeling safe and secure.

    We had a disappointing 2 night stay here last weekend. It’s a good location, and a reasonable price, but some bare minimum expectations were missed. Our shower door was missing a seal which meant the floor flooded each time we showered. Maintenance didn’t have any replacements, and we needed an extra trip to the desk to retrieve more towels / mat after our initial request. The fridge was set to freeze, which I could’ve checked before putting anything in it, but I think should be part of staff’s check-out turnover to reset to an appropriate level. The mattress cover and fitted sheet were both much too small for the king bed. The bathroom light flickered and required two visits to the desk to get addressed. There’s a persistent leak near the elevator on the main floor that needs permanently addressed, instead of putting up a fan and wet floor sign each day. Nobody empties the lobby coffee station garbage when full - it looked like my photo for hours on end, both days. We spoke with the desk about the most pressing issues and eventually some were addressed, though I was disappointed with support’s placating response to my post-stay feedback. I have higher expectations of the Hilton Garden Inn brand, but I’m left wondering if these issues are par for the course or exclusive to this location. We won’t be back.
