- MTMarquise ThomasonDec 10, 20251.0Live bed bug found crawling on bed the morning of checkout – staff dismissed my photo evidence – Stayed two nights, December 8-10, 2025 at Hampton Inn Columbia, TN (1551 Halifax Dr, Columbia, TN 38401). When I woke up on the morning of the 10th and pulled back the covers, I immediately spotted a live adult bed bug crawling on the white sheet. I took several clear close-up photos (attached) The General Manager took a look around the bed and when she did not find anything she told me, “it probably wasn’t a bed bug,” and offered no apology, no incident report, and no room compensation. I was simply checked out as normal. Please be aware that this location has a bed bug infestation and management is in denial about it. I have reported the incident separately to Hilton corporate and the local health department.

The manager later called to tell me I was I liar and that I took the pictures somewhere else. Even though it's of their bathroom and time stamped. Rudest customer service. We're never staying there again!!

The best thing this hotel has are the people working there. Michelle, Greg, Josh, Lynn and the breakfast crew made this trip more. From joking with us while we played cards in the lobby to the breakfast to Lynn keeping things moving smoothly. I will definitely be back
