Had to come here last minute after our reservation next door turned out to be a nightmare. They had a room available that was exactly what we need with no hassle at all. We were nothing but pleased with our stay.

⭐ 1-Star Google Review — For Discriminating Against My Disability and the Need for My Service Animal I would give zero stars if possible. This Hilton-brand property blatantly violated my ADA rights by refusing to follow federal law regarding my service dog. Under the ADA, hotels are not allowed to require forms, paperwork, or proof of certification for a trained service animal. They can only ask two questions — yet this location insisted I fill out a “pet declaration form” and treated my service animal as a pet, even after I explained the law and showed clear identification voluntarily. I reported the incident to Hilton corporate and later to the U.S. Department of Justice. Hilton has never taken accountability or issued a proper apology. Their staff lacked both training and compassion, and the experience was humiliating and frustrating. I’ve since switched to Marriott, where my service dog and I are treated with respect and professionalism every single time. Marriott understood the ADA immediately — no paperwork, no debate, just courtesy and compliance. If you travel with a service animal, avoid this hotel. Hilton may advertise accessibility, but this experience proved that at least this location doesn’t understand or follow the law.
