The representative at Garden Hilton informed us that our stay at Home2 Suites would be complimentary. However, upon arrival, the front desk attendant immediately attempted to charge us and acted as though we were being dishonest. Her demeanor was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Even after we offered to get confirmation from the Garden Hilton, she reluctantly provided the room but continued to treat us poorly. This was a disappointing experience after what was already an inconvenience caused by overbooking.
