    The first thing we noticed when we watched in the lobby was that it smelled really good. The room was great. It was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. My only complaint was the water pressure. It’s terrible in the shower. We checked in with Anna and she was absolutely incredible! She was so friendly and welcoming. I would come back and stay again just because of her.

    The staff were very nice and great! The rooms need serious help, however. The floors were dirty. Lots of crumbs and debris crunching under my feet and even some left over crumbs on the desk as well. I wish I had checked more closely when I checked in and quickly dropped off my luggage before going out for the day and not returning until late at night. Didnt think I would need to given the usual Hilton standards I've previously experienced elsewhere. The bed was pretty saggy in the middle and sits too low to the ground. The pillows were nothing more than air filled cases that collapsed the minute you placed your head on them. Extremely uncomfortable and unsettling stay. Now knowing how unmaintained and poor these rooms are, I would not have paid anywhere near their absurd price for one night.

    We stayed at this property on October 10th 2025 in room 420. I did nit get much sleep as I woke up around midnight with bites around my elbow and my arm on fire. I tried to get back to sleep then woke up again with bites on my shoulder. Overall I ended up with 6 welts , 3 on my shoulder & 3 on my elbow . I would avoid this property, especially this room. Management failed to follow up with the complaint and basically called us liars.

    If you are coming into Chattanooga, this is the place to stay. When I get here the room I booked wasn’t to Lorenzo satisfaction for a guest. rather have me waiting he put me in another room and accommodated me for the inconvenience. The next day he coordinated with Tamaya to have the room done and they got it done well before. I got off. There was NO INCONVENIENCE, they were polite, understanding and about their business! I won’t even look elsewhere when I come in town! This has been super pleasant! BOOK HERE!
