For what I paid for this, it definitely isn’t worth it. You have to pay to park, pay $16 for the most basic breakfast that you get for free at other places. The only nice thing about this is the location.

We came for a wedding....stayed 2 nights. I usually stay at Hilton's because we are members....and Garden Inn's because it's just much more comfortable. This hotel is older so bear that in mind. It kind of needs a refresh on the rooms. Everything was relatively clean if you don't look too close....the bathroom is tiny....2 people can not get ready in there at the same time. Only 2 towels were provided. Mom did not like the beds. I slept OK....but definitely not as plush as I have had before at Garden Inn's....especially the pillows, and the sheets were not as luxurious as I remember. We were rushed for time so I did not go eat breakfast.....I usually love their breakfast....even though it is pricey. Parking also is $18.00 a day....we got there late and seems like you shouldn't be charged if the whole day is already gone....and it is a small parking area....so it stays full alot. I was going to have to find another place to park one day and thankfully found a spot on the very end, but beware of this. The check in and out employees were super nice and friendly which is an A+ !!!

Overall the hotel is in a great location, near scenic views, shopping, and restaurants. Although the rooms were clean and spacious, when I arrived half, if not most of the shampoo, conditioner, etc. bottles were about empty. It was so low that I couldn’t pump out what I needed. Also, there was not enough toilet paper nor was there a back up. I had to request it and yes, they did provide it. I was there a few nights and the first night I requested the room clean and it didn’t happen. My stay was for multiple days and after the first day, I got back to the hotel and apparently someone else had checked into that same room. When I asked at the front desk what the issue was they said Since my room stay had been extended. It didn’t go on the original reservation. Not sure how that works since I’ve never been in hospitality. But it’s a little odd that that would happen. They did fix the issue and I stayed in my room, but it felt a little bit like I was the issue when I’m pretty sure it wasn’t. After all, I reserved the room and paid for it so what else can I do? The staff was friendly as noted in other reviews, with the exception of one lady at the front desk. She somehow attempted to argue with me why my room wasn’t clean stating the clerk I requested it from was tired from the night before. I informed her that I was requesting it again, and I understood ( I didn’t but I also didn’t think arguing a moot point would serve anyone).

The entire experience was great, Chip the front desk guy was very helpful and patient with me when asking so many questions. Lol. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The room was awesome, great view! The lights I wish were not so dim but regardless it was a great time there. Will definitely stay again.

Had a weekend trip to Chattanooga to see the local attractions. Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is very convenient if you're visiting the aquarium, stadium or local spots along the river walk. The staff were extreme friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. Plenty of paid parking options around (including next to the hotel).
