Pros: Location is great. 7 minute walk to the aquarium. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. There's a heated pool. The gym was well stocked. Cons: The construction is awful and there's little to no signage. The housekeeping services use the only elevator so it takes forever to get the elevator to show up. We ended up using the stairs a lot, which is a little scary without signage. One of the staircases leads you to an alleyway outside next to a dumpster. The staff are not that friendly. There was only 1 attendant that was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is somewhat hit or miss and there are only 4 tables that people can use, so we ended up eating in the pool area a lot. Parking is so congested that folks were parking wherever they could. Overall: I think this hotel will be much better with 2 working elevators and finished construction. As is, and likely in the future, we will not be staying here. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they finish construction (apparently Feb 2026).

My husband and I stay here every time we visit Chattanooga! It's perfect for family trips and/or adult weekend getaways. The children's Creative Discovery Museum is across the street, the aquarium is 0.3 miles away, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do within walking distance so you can leave your car parked the whole time you're there if you want.

Very noisy. Here now. Its after 11 pm. Kids going in and out of rooms slamming doors, loud talking in hallway with no supervision. Room faces Street. Loud cars all night. Do not get a room facing Street.

We stayed here while passing through on a holiday road trip. The lobby is undergoing extensive renovation, which is fine, but it was an uncomfortable experience showing up for check-in. There was no signage and only construction workers to greet you. The front desk people were not friendly during check-in or in the morning when we came down the elevator. As a diamond member I was not offered a bottle or water or a snack, nor was my dog offered anything (we’ve been given dog goody bags at other properties). The room itself was nice and clean, although I could feel the coils in the mattress and the bed squeaked at every movement. Tough sleeping for a family of 4. Also lots of street noise even on the highest floor so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. As we were leaving on Christmas Eve morning at 7am, hotel staff were using leaf blowers in the parking garage as we were packing our car up. I’m sure that was loud in the rooms as well. Location is great. Lots to do and see within walking distance. Parking was easy. Breakfast had a good selection but go somewhere else for coffee. We didn’t use them, but the pool and patio areas looked nice. We often stay in Chattanooga during our travel but likely won’t be staying at this property again based on this experience.

The hotel itself is nice. The employees were very kind, pool was great and my room was clean.. Dont stay here until renovations are over though. I understand that they cant help the noise and mess from construction, however they could put signs up telling guests checking in how to navigate. New guests arriving always seemed confused because nothing is labeled. After the fire alarms went off (due to construction), the elevator wasnt on for a while because of that.... We were on the top floor and took the far back set of stairs down (which led to outside), but we ended up at a dumpster and an area where it seemed employees were only supposed to go. Two employees looked very confused when we came out that way because there was no sign saying to not use that staircase. My only complaint is that the hotel needs to get a little more organized during this construction period.
