Several restaurants, Walmart and gas stations les than 5 minutes. Quiet, safe area. Quiet, comfortable room, good amenities, friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast and plenty of free parking. No Safe box in the room. Air-condition/heating worked well. Clean bathroom and room. Nice fitness room and indoor swimming pool. Will stay here in future.

I’m extremely disappointed in how staff handled the issue of the AC not working in our room. My husband went and spoke with the front desk attendant who assured him it would turn on after a while. So we went to dinner and came back: the AC still not working. My husband goes to the front desk a second time. The same attendant says he has remotely handled the issue and assures us it’s taken care of. I woke up at 12:30 to a stale, hot room with the AC silent even though we had set the fan on a continuous setting. I’m now sitting in bed stewing over the fact that our AC is broken and we were never offered a new room or portable fan or anything. Very disappointed.

I waited for 5 minutes and still nobody showed up. Lucky for me I travel quite a bit and know how to use the app to check myself in. If this didn't work or if I didn't understand how it would have been rather unfortunate.
