We have had nice experiences with Hampton Inns, and this location is one of the best. The night front desk person was polite, cheerful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The room was impeccable. Quiet. Breakfast was top drawer.

Displaced out of my home for a week due to burst pipes with my five year old, Harold and Payton made my stay very wonderful during my stressful time. Great hotel and staff and housekeeping.

Centrally located to everything making it so convenient to play a sport, shop and eat. Hotel is charming, room was good BUT Krystal, the front desk personnel was amazing. She is so kind, so patient and so pleasant to deal with. Being a travel agent, I get my fair share of personnel and she takes the cake!

This place is immaculate, especially compared to most hotels I’ve stayed in. High ceilings, clean smelling air, carpet that feels clean to walk on with bare feet. Complementary water is a huge plus. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I would like to thank Crystal for such a warm welcome the night I checked in. Janita, Jerry, and Harold for your outstanding hospitality. Jamie for such delicious breakfast every morning. To Janice for being so patient with my extremely late checkout last Saturday as I know it was way past time for you to clean my room. My apologies again. And last but foremost, to Megan. On my last day there, a series of events caused me to be extremely late checking out. I had gotten very upset about it and as you all know, am physically limited in my capabilities. After calling Megan literally in tears of frustration at myself & for the day so far, she calmly & brilliantly asked if she could come down and help me get sorted out. If left to my own capacity, it would have taken me upwards of 2-hours to have done all that by myself. With her above & beyond call to duty, I was out of there in maybe 20-minutes so Janice could finally get her hands on what I know had to be the absolute last room of the day waiting to be touched. I'm less than a month into this very new physical limitation and it has been a maddening (in both regards) experience. I'm a very independent, stubborn, do it myself Taurus thru & thru so asking for help is just not really in my vocabulary. Megan was spot on to jump in to save the day cuz I would've just kept calling for another 15-minute extension while I tried to conquer packing up alone. Please make exception to my above statement for the five-hundred-million-trillion times I had to ask for help getting back into my room because I had yet again miraculously locked myself out.
