Her charm and likeability were effortless and she handled all of the necessary details super quickly. I've been in and out of Hilton hotels all week and this one was the best by far. Breakfast was...as always with Embassy Suites...amazing. It's one of the reasons why we continue to come back to that brand. Room was immaculate and having the waters and snack already inside...was a great little unexpected touch. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the Chattanooga area!

The location is superb — close to everything — and having Ruth’s Chris right on the first floor is a big plus. Our room was super clean and comfortable. We also loved the evening happy hour and the breakfast with the fresh omelette bar. Overall, great stay and we’d definitely come back!

Once we got to the room, we tried to shower but there was no hot water. We called down to the front desk and talked to Olga who was extremely rude and had no empathy and didn’t try to give us any options on how to make it right. We opted out of not eating breakfast due to them not having hot water. You can’t properly sanitize in a kitchen with no hot water. The room had stains in the tub and on the couches. I’ve stayed at and worked in many hotels. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had. Olga needs hospitality and customer service training. The beds were comfortable, the tv had a decent amount of channels and apps when they were working. We will opt out of staying here in the future. I did like the location of this hotel, it’s near everything you would need.
