  great clean hotel ! breakfast did lack . it was very simple ; premade eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and pancakes . we expected made to order breakfast but we only received very limited portions . that’s the reason for my four star review .

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Chattanooga My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown Chattanooga during Christmas, and overall it was a very nice experience. The hotel is fairly new (opened in August), beautifully decorated for the holidays, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I’m a person who always does my own light cleaning no matter where I stay, but I can honestly say the room itself was already very clean and well maintained. That said, I will say the cleanest Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed at is Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place — hands down. No shade at all to the downtown location because it was clean, but Hamilton Place was just a step above in that area. One thing I absolutely loved about the downtown location is the security. You must use your room key to access the elevators and floors, and breakfast is located on the 7th floor. I really appreciate that setup because it helps prevent people who aren’t hotel guests from coming in and eating breakfast — something we’ve experienced at other hotels, and it’s frustrating when you’ve paid to stay there. The location is perfect — walking distance to the aquarium, movie theater, restaurants, and other downtown attractions. You really can’t beat that. Embassy Suites definitely chose the right spot for a downtown hotel. The valet attendants were also wonderful — very polite, well-mannered young men. I wish I had gotten their names because they truly stood out. I’m sure tips play a role 😆🤣😂, but their professionalism was noticeable and appreciated. Our room was perfect overall. The only small thing I didn’t care for was the microwave being under the cabinet, but that’s a minor preference issue. Everything else about the room and stay was great. All in all, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful hotel, excellent security setup, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again when visiting downtown Chattanooga.

  We checked in at 340 PM and dropped off our bags before going for a train ride. When we returned at 630, our room keys didn’t work. My husband spoke with the team at the front desk, and they said they’d assigned us to the wrong room. But acted like it was somehow our fault because the floor was blocked for a group? Sorry? Not sure how that’s our problem. We didn’t pick the room for assignment, ma’am. Ultimately, we were allowed to stay in the room, and no one touched any of our belongings while they had access to our room, but the whole attitude from the front desk about the incident was just completely off. Going forward, I recommend not blaming guests for your incompetence.

  Very nice hotel in prime downtown location. Rooms are clean and up to date. Indoor heated pool with a shallow shelf perfect for little kids. Valet parking only, they are pretty quick but self park would be better. Excellent breakfast, lots of food and cook to order options included.

  My stay at this hotel was good. However, I do think the valet service needs some improvement. I made sure to ask if valet service was 24/7 because I had an early flight to catch on check out day. Since I was traveling by myself and leaving early in the morning I wanted to avoid street parking for safety reasons. I was assured that valet service was 24/7. Morning of check out, I texted the provided number that I was ready for my car. An automated message replied my car should be out in 15 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and my car had not arrived. In addition there was no communication from Valet service. There was also no one at the front desk to help trouble shoot. (What if someone needed to check in?). There was not an available number to call to get in contact with anyone. Luckily, I eventually found a gentleman that was cleaning up the bar area who told me that the valet service may be “asleep”. Sure enough the front desk and valet service worker were asleep. I eventually got my car and was able to make my flight on time. However I thought what if I missed my flight because of this. Also, customer service wise neither front desk or the valet worker apologized for the delay. I usually stay with embassy suites but as a Hilton Honors member I was very disappointed in my experience
