Currently staying here and im very unimpressed with the customer service at the front desk. Being a diamond member I dont ever remember having to pay for a water bottle. All the other Hilton properties have been more than accommodating when it comes to providing water bottles. They asked me to pay, which is fine, but I dont appreciate the eye rolling and annoyed looks they gave us. We also asked for a couple of extra face towels which seemed to really annoy them even more. I don't think it was a big ask, it's just towels.

Room was clean, but we had an end room and the layout is terrible with the bathroom door and cabinet right across from it. Air conditioner was dirty, loud and didn't work very well. Breakfast had good food but no service, couldn't get a water to drink. It's basically a restaurant setting of a normal hotel breakfast with waffle maker etc. They are remodeling which is good but elevators are being shared so can take 20 mins to go up or down, and a big portion of parking lot is taken up by containers. Offering the water bottles in the room for free instead of 4 dollars would be a small gesture to cover the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend until renovations are complete.

Stayed one night on our way from Michigan to Florida. Overall very nice great location close to anything an everything you could want or need. They are under renovation so it isn't perfect but it is very clean an well kept. Small food an drink shop next to the desk. The outside pool was very nice and well kept.

I'm not one to complain, however, here is my honest review. The arrival was smooth. The check-in was a little slow but not because of staff. The 1st room was dirty and once reported, there was an offer for the room to be cleaned or move to a new room. I chose to get another room. Once the room was charged, there was still an unsettling feeling that the rooms in general are just not cleaned to a standard that is acceptable. I tried to make the best of it but once on one of the beds, I look over at the brown bottom layer linen of the other bed and it had a crusty stain. I almost threw up. Now facing forward and looking at the curtain, it had rips on both sides of the curtains. Some of the furniture was VISIBLY damaged and I was disgusted by whatever had accumulated under the refrigerator area. I honestly felt like throwing up again thinking, "How in the world could anyone put food in a fridge that sat ontop of dust (I prayed not mold)" but it was in both rooms. I was anxious the entire night. I am one who brings her own Lysol and things but honestly this experience pretty much ruined my time in the city. I knew that I should have just lost the money for the reservation when I saw how damaged the furniture was in the lobby, the disgusting stains in the elevators from whatever (was it blood droppings from construction workers or something else?), and the 1st room with stained mirrors--how do you not clean the mirrors? The parking is $25 to literally park in a parking lot that is not covered and no access to an elevator. It's just a gated access. Nothing really secure about it. You can (perhaps should) actually park on the street for free for the same level of "security." This hotel promises an upgrade. It cannot come soon enough. I would definitely not stay again, even when they remodeled. If they are this lax now, a new upgrade probably won't change their practices. I am upset that I didn't realize a Marriott and other chain hotels were down the street. Not amount of warm cookies could compensate for the dirty factor. Daylight can't get here fast enough.

We only stay at Hilton properties, would not stay here again. Really great location, very very old building which is awesome but should be annotated and reflected in price. Room was dirty, no smart tv, box spring mattress. Renovations were underway unbeknownst to us. $25 to park not included.
