  My family and I visit Ashland City twice a year. We have stayed at this hotel several times due to the location in spite of the General Manager Samuel Naquin. Every time we have visited, he has been somewhat rude with an arrogant and unfriendly attitude. Now there is an alternative hotel, Sleep Inn & Suites a Choice Hotel located directly behind the Hampton Inn that we will stay at next time simply because of him. I hope his superiors read this and talk to him about it. As a business owner myself, I would want to know. The response to my review is completely untrue. I did not get "really upset" and I did not "swear at the staff". I ask most sincerely that the corporate office look into the footage on your cameras and listen to hear that neither of those things are true. Lastly, I don't remember ever asking for or getting a late checkout (I may have but don't remember). Now I will take the time to call corporate to have them look into this further because the response is completely untrue.

  We had a great stay! We took our little dog too. The room was SUPER clean and smelled nice. Bed was comfortable. The hotel looked completely booked by the full parking lot, yet it was very quiet in our room and we didn't hear other guests. I really appreciated the soap/shampoo/conditioner pumps in the bathroom filled with no sulfate or paraben products. I brought all my own, but if I had known these were offered, I would have left mine at home. Each room number plate has a unique photo (like a cow bell or guitar) and it really helped me to remember my room number, because I usually need to text the room # to myself and keep checking that text every time i go back to the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was awesome. The landscaping was beautiful and well-kept. There are a lot of nice common areas on the ground floor with booths and tables, plugs for computer or phone charging. That is where the breakfast is served, but people were also hanging out quietly together at other times during the day. Would definitely stay again.

  Room was fine—clean and comfortable. Breakfast could improve. I’ve traveled the entire country staying in Hampton Inns and have always enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Today, this location ran out of breakfast oatmeal half way through the serving hours. The attendant said she would not make any more because it took too long. And the other offerings were sparse. I hope this isn’t a trend for this chain.

  Rooms super clean.! Bathroom stocked.! Breakfast…AMAZING.!!! Mrs Lynn met me on Saturday getting my breakfast, super sweet super nice, she even asked me how the smores waffles tasted…they were great. Saturday evening Brandi was working the desk and she has such great hospitality super sweet super nice check out was a breeze with her.! Over all the best hotel hands down.! Hampton is where it’s at.!

  Place was great to stay. Very clean rooms great staff. I was rooting for Dakota and the GM I think his name was Sammy to become an item. By the way I’m wondering what Karaoke Bar Sammy goes to where he dresses in drag and sings. I have a friend who is knew to the Ashland area and does the same thing in Nashville but wants to find someplace closer to go to.
