Clean, new, good breakfast, very nice staff. Good coffee, had free tasty peanut butter cookies at front desk. I believe this was the cleanest and friendliest inn I ever visited. Just a short drive to Nashville and lodging at this Hampton Inn was reasonably priced.

Sammy the GM raised his voice at me and hung up on me twice when I attempted to resolve an issue for an erroneous charge on my bill. This person should not be in customer facing service.

We had a great stay! We took our little dog too. The room was SUPER clean and smelled nice. Bed was comfortable. The hotel looked completely booked by the full parking lot, yet it was very quiet in our room and we didn't hear other guests. I really appreciated the soap/shampoo/conditioner pumps in the bathroom filled with no sulfate or paraben products. I brought all my own, but if I had known these were offered, I would have left mine at home. Each room number plate has a unique photo (like a cow bell or guitar) and it really helped me to remember my room number, because I usually need to text the room # to myself and keep checking that text every time i go back to the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was awesome. The landscaping was beautiful and well-kept. There are a lot of nice common areas on the ground floor with booths and tables, plugs for computer or phone charging. That is where the breakfast is served, but people were also hanging out quietly together at other times during the day. Would definitely stay again.

Room was fine—clean and comfortable. Breakfast could improve. I’ve traveled the entire country staying in Hampton Inns and have always enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Today, this location ran out of breakfast oatmeal half way through the serving hours. The attendant said she would not make any more because it took too long. And the other offerings were sparse. I hope this isn’t a trend for this chain.
