- RGRohit GuptaJan 2, 20261.0One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. As a Hilton member, I checked in through the app, but the digital key did not work at all. We arrived around 2:30 AM, and instead of going straight to bed, I had to stand at the front desk to get physical keys made for both rooms. When we finally got into the room, there was no soap whatsoever. I had to walk back to the front desk again just to get basic toiletries. There was no lotion, the carpet was filthy, and the bathroom door doesn’t even lock. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were clearly ignored. This place is poorly managed and absolutely not what you expect from a Hilton-branded property. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

I will say staff is super friendly, rooms are big enough for my stay and are clean. Some things could use a bit updating but this is my favorite Hampton Inn too visit.Breakfast is included and they have a many of choices which I mostly eat the waffles only. Coffee could be a little stronger but my overall experience is this hotel is much better and close too lots of places. Thank you
