Front desk said give a couple hours to warm back up but who can wait when you have to go to work lol Location is difficult to get too. Front desk staff are not helpful at all. Do not stay there. I stay at Hiltons a lot and I can’t believe they allow this hotel to use their name. I booked two rooms for business and definitely will make sure my company does not use this hotel again!

We had no shower curtain in our bathroom and had to call front desk for one. The carpets are dirty and ripped up. My mother in-law nearly got electrocuted by the hair dryer. Lastly, the bathroom on the main floor had no running water and no soap. Definitely won’t be staying here again and i expected more from a Hampton Inn.
