  Stayed in room 223, woke up with these bites all over my back. They are Very itchy, had to come home and wash all my clothing and travel bag immediately. Emailed the front desk and didn’t get a timely response. Called and the lady working the front desk proceeded to tell me their beds don’t have bed bugs and was discrediting what I was saying.

  I stayed at this hotel from November 14-16, 2025 for a hockey tournament with my child. The cleanliness of the hotel was alright, my room had major layers of dust, the bathroom looked like it had not been swept, the grout/silicone in the shower was cracked and some missing in spots. Our sink took forever to drain, while brushing our teeth it filled up very quickly and took 5-10 minutes to drain. Our diverter in the shower was broken so you could not run a bath, only shower. All of which I could live with… until we tried showering Friday evening, and found no hot water. To which we were told that they were working on it and it should fixed right away. Saturday came, the three times we tried showering throughout the afternoon/evening.. again no hot water(though some of our team members did manage to get in a warm ish shower during this time) we did not. Each time calling the front desk and hearing the same “we are working to fix it. Sunday morning, same thing… our entire stay came and went with no hot water. Upon check out we asked what would be done and they said they would be issuing a discount but couldn’t tell us what it would be as the manager was not in and the staff upon checkout did not authority to grant anything of that nature. I explained that my card was not to be charged without a phone call to me to discuss said discount, that I wanted to agree to it before getting charged. Tuesday Nov 18th, 2025 still waiting to hear from the hotel management I checked my card and seen that they issued a $50.00 refund. On a stay of 388.70 for two nights, with no hot water. They never called to give me notice, to discuss, they never emailed me a receipt. I am waiting for a call back from staff management but feel as though 25.00/night refund for a basic necessity is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel, the staff is unhelpful, and actually extremely rude. Save your money and stay at a better hotel.

  No complaints. Comfortable beds, Clean, airy rooms and free suppers Monday to Wednesday 👍🏽 breakfast is decent as well. Issues with wifi this stay but cant be perfect all the time.

  I will avoid staying at a Holiday inn again. At all costs. I couldn't believe the service I received at 12am. She asked me "How are you going to pay?"I said "Oh, you take debit?" She then rolled her eyes and sighed loudly. I said " Its okay I can pay with Credit or cash". She then said "Its a 300 deposit for cash and debit". I said" That's okay, I got credit". Not a single smile or any warmth from the woman. I was in the service industry my whole life, can't imagine treating someone like that
