- JBJosiah BellNov 10, 20252.0Terrible customer service. Experience started out positive with the room being decent and clean. Parking being extra is a bit odd for the location but the sky bridge from the garage to the hotel was nice. The issues started after the stay ended. I had to submit a manual request for the breakfast credit since it has a restaurant and no buffet. Mildly annoying but it seems others have had to do the same so it is a reoccurring issue. The big issue was that I left my smart watch in the room and didn't realize it till we were hours away. The customer service trying to get it back has been the lowest level. I was given the run around when calling and eventually told that it was found and would be at the desk. A friend in the area went to pick it up and was rudely given a random non smart watch that clearly didn't match our description. The friend was then told that the hotel doesn't have a system in place for these things and if they found it they would contact us. After more phone calls and more run around I was told I am just on a list and told that they may eventually inventory their lost and found items and will let me know if they do. It's now been two weeks.. This is the simplest of hotel courtesies. You find an item in a room and contact the last guest. Even after we put all the extra effort in we are told 'Oh well'. Unacceptable.

And y'all COULDN'T EVEN PUT A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM?!?! There isn't enough boho furniture and accent lighting to make up for a hotel doing LITERALLY only the barest of minimum. Even the fridge is the smallest version of a mini fridge. This hotel is designed like the owner absolutely HATES hotel guests. Literally everything feels like a middle finger to anyone who is unlucky enough to think "yaknow, maybe we get a nice hotel for the weekend". Genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, to whoever owns this place, you are being shown up by a Holiday Inn, let that sit with you. Edit: we found the microwave on our way to the elevator. It's some 800W Wal-Mart special that looks like it was purchased upon receipt of a complaint in this exact vein. A communal microwave. Seriously? Genuinely it's like everything about this hotel is made to be as offensive to the guest as possible. Edit 2: Love the copout response. "We'Re A lIfEsTyLe BrAnD". At least your pretention matches the decor. Don't make excuses, just take accountability for cutting corners and screwing guests over.
