The whole hotel has been renewed and kept very clean! He didn't have a nametag but gentleman at the front desk was personable and accommodating. Great customer service and cleanliness!

The bed frame was larger than the mattress, se we kept hitting our shins on the corner, squeezing between it and the so called desk. Lacks basic amenities, like ice buckets. The ice machine opening won't accommodate coolers, just ice buckets. Soap/lotion bottles need 2 functioning arms/hands. You have to squeeze the middle of the bottle. I have a broken shoulder, so my wife had to get soap for me, all the time. We will not stay at a Tru ever again.
