Our room had not been cleaned well, still hair in the shower from other guests. The sink didn’t drain or if it did it was very slow. It was entirely way too hot and couldn’t get it to cool down.

By far my favorite place to have brunch on Sunday. I go several times a month. The food is always great and so is the service.

Let me start by saying I have stayed here countless times but ever since the change to Hilton it’s gone downhill, $15 parking fee is new for a unprotected parking lot, rooms are outdated, screeching ac/heat, $5 bottles of water in the room what used to be a nice place to stay just seems like a cash grab now.

Nice hotel, but they hit you with a $15 parking per night fee upon check-in. Nowhere on the Hilton app did it say anything about a parking fee when we booked. Asked the clerk about it upon check-in. He mumbled something about “It’s on the website.” But yet he couldn’t find it. I stood there waiting. We would have booked elsewhere. But we had already been locked into the stay. The fee is BS.
