- SSSam6 days ago3.0Friendly staff but the rooms are really set up weird. The sink in the bathroom is so tiny and the faucet is on the side not straight on so using it is difficult to wash your face. The slider door goes between the bathroom and is also your closet door….so think about that for a min your clean clothes and a bathroom door…Room was also not cleaned well. Shower (walk in only no tub) was slimy on the bottom and only one of the doors moves so you will get wet when turning it on. There was also strings of dust hanging down over one of the beds. The hotel was clean in the halls but just needs some more cleaning in the rooms. The rooms are just designed badly and done for cost effectiveness only.

I came in from chicago with 5 hours of sleep in almost 60 hour and all I wanted to do was lay my head down and take a bath. In Heidi did everything in her power to make that happen. She showed kindness in empathy for middle age.Woman trying to live out her dream of traveling across america. I would highly recommend this location over some of the other paid parking lot locations.Not only can you save money, you get amazing service from Heidi fromThe front desk.
