  Stay away from this place! Hard to believe it is a Hilton property! Booked a room for 2 nights multiple days in advance. Was called at 3:30 on day of check in and told my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. I had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. Again, stay away. Hilton, do better. You are placing your brand on places that the accommodations and staff do NOT meet the standards!

  We stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family. The first room we had had a crack in the tub and we were just worried about that so we asked if we could be switched to a different room.The front desk attendant was perfectly lovely and got us in another room. The room was clean and comfortable. The service from all staff was great. It was a great place to stay and we will be back!

  Currently this is a one star review because the app charged my account 2x and still no room. It's been over an hour with customer support and zero help has been done. Hotel and staff on site are great. EDIT: I would never stay here, after attempting to handle this and seek a resolution I have received zero help. Just spoke to Nikki, and she was rude and kept cutting me off. We have received at this point no resolution.

  As a dedicated Hilton Diamond member who travels frequently for work, I had an incredibly disappointing and frankly unacceptable stay. After a long day, all I want is a clean, comfortable place to unwind, and this property failed miserably. ​Upon checking into my room, I quickly realized the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The evidence was immediate in the bathroom, which was filthy with stains on the floor and a noticeably dirty shower. ​Further inspection under brighter lights revealed the shocking state of the main room: ​A used vape device left on the floor. ​Pecans scattered across the carpet. ​A Snickers wrapper lying in the room. ​The complete lack of basic hygiene was so concerning that I felt I couldn't even use the bedding. I was forced to drive to a nearby Walmart to purchase a separate comforter just so I could sleep that night. ​Given my exhaustion and the fact that the next available Hilton property was 45 minutes away, I had no choice but to stay. The next morning, I called Hilton directly to express my deep disappointment and to state that I did not have the time or energy to "go back and forth" with a manager on site, as it was evident the staff was aware of the property's condition. ​This hotel is a total trash dump. I will never stay at this location again, and I am extremely upset that Hilton would allow a property to operate at this substandard level. Hilton needs to do better to protect its brand and ensure a minimum level of cleanliness for its guests, especially its loyal members.

  We stopped here for one night to visit Tidal Wave Auto Spa for their charity day. It was a satisfactory place to stay and we had no issues with the room, other than the AC was cauusing water to pool by the unit. There were some nice snacks in the lobby. The pricing wasn't bad. Since we were only here for one night, we didn't spend enough time to experience house keeping and all that. The desk person was responsive, but not overly interested in welcoming us to the hotel.
