Great customer experience. My family and I decided to stop here on our way from New Jersey back home to Florida after visiting our son who is in the Coast Guard. When we go to our room we were saddened that we were staying here for the night but were too tired to check out and go to another hotel. The room is subpar. The air conditioner is loud and rattles really bad. The bathroom was nasty and the trim is falling off the walls. Will never come back, we should have just went next door to Staybridge. I just had high hopes because it was a Hilton.

For a recent business trip, I chose a hotel that was centrally located and near my clients place of business and Interstate. That's where the positive remarks stop. The front reception was not very welcoming. The hotel room had a musty smell. The floor tile was sticky, the carpet was dirty, there was no chair in the room so rather than working at the desk, I had to work on the bed. The TV didn't work & I sent a chat the first night. The bathroom & showers were dirty. Pictures included. Never did get a response to my chat until I complained again today after I checked out. The response lacked apathy. She didn't care. If this is how they treat loyal Hilton Diamond member customers, I can't imagine how non-members are treated.

Our two rooms were clean and sufficient for our needs! Average 2 star rating! Front desk handling of and holding a reservation very poor! 1 star rating! Front desk made us wait 1/2 hour till room was ready, I had my 94 year old disabled mom upset till we were able to get our room ready by hotel staff. 1 star poor rating! Front desk staff poorly handled billing and had know understanding how to manage rooms and billing issues. Refused to listen to patrons issues and was extremely rude and unprofessional and disrespectful to customer! If I could and was able to give a 0 rating or a negative 10 rating I would! Two cases have been filed with corporate office against front desk staff and Gen. & Assistant Manager’s. I have never had too go to these levels to Customer Care & Public Affairs corporate Headquarters division before. Corporate was no help as well. They sided with the Staff of the Hotel! As advised by management of Hilton and their staff they said it was a Banking issue and take it up with my financial institution. So they gave me know choice but to dispute billing with my banking company who oversees my VISA payments! Shame on Hilton’s corporate HQ policies and their entire staffing down to everyone I dealt with. I highly doubt or I will I ever be staying with any HILTON owned property again. Patrons beware!!

The hotel sold my rooms. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me I cancelled the reservation. I called the booking agency that I reserved my rooms with, and they put me on hold. I watched him answer her phone call and he told her that the room had water damage and couldn’t be used. Basically he lied. I will never stay at this hotel brand again

Stayed here for a wedding for 5 days, room was nice and clean when we checked in apart from the subtle musty odor when you walk in. Went to shower and the drain was totally clogged so the shower was flooding. We requested a repair for that and the first plumber called out sick so we had to wait longer. On the third day of waiting, another plumber was found but wouldn't get in until 7pm. By 8pm we asked where he was since he hadn't arrived and apparently he canceled. Then a plumber came in at 8:45pm when we were about to go to bed... no warning. Fixed the drain but left the brown drain sludge across the floor in the bathroom. We had also requested room service for day 3 since the trashes were getting full, towels needed a refresh, and the linen needed a change (one of the beds smelled like cigarettes). We requested room service about 3 times on day 3 all before 5pm. We saw the employee write us down on the book even. But when we got back that night on day 3 we hadn't gotten room service. My brother was staying in a separate room and his was fully serviced without even requesting it. We spoke to a manager and she gave excuses for the lack of service. Claiming nothing was written down and that we were requesting after 5pm (we weren't). She also said you get room service every other day and since we booked 4 days originally (thur-sun) and added a 5th day (Wednesday) that technically we wouldn't be on the service schedule until Saturday. Well then if we're gonna be technical like that then how come the room wasn't serviced Thursday when we had to renew the booking? Do you not clean rooms between guests? Of course you do, but they neglected us. Then the wedding was Saturday. We were gone all day, perfect for room service to come clean. We get back at 11pm and the only thing that changed was the trash being renewed... NO FRESH LINEN! We got some towels at least. Oh and the best part was that we were out of toilet paper. THEY DIDN'T REFRESH TOILET PAPER. we had to go ask for toilet paper. We went down to respectfully complain. We got more excuses from the manager. She told us "your room was cleaned" we told her it was not and she said that her cleaning guy specifically did our room and "took pictures". Do you think we're lying that it wasn't cleaned? We again said it was not cleaned, especially the bedding, the bedding was the most important part. 5 days sleeping on stinky cigarette-y sheets is just so fun. I didn't wanna tell them their blankets stink because I assumed room service would fix it early and it would be fine but nah. She also claimed that he must not have cleaned because we left things on the bed and they're not allowed to move it apparently. We 1000% left NOTHING on the beds. Also my brother's room was serviced fully yet again while at the wedding. Hmm I thought you service only every other day? But his room got service two days in a row? OK. Also they said they left things on the bed which were moved so claiming that leaving something on the bed makes it unservice-able was a literal lie. So all in all we were given a big bag of excuses and we had to really really pry for any bit of compensation. She didn't want to give me new bedding that night so i could at least service my own bed. She didn't want to offer a free night, claimed that since we booked through Expedia it would be up to them. Doesn't everyone book through websites like that... nice excuse to save money huh. Anyway Expedia refunded us for 2 nights so I'm very happy with Expedia. The cherry on top was the dead roach outside our room which I've attached to this review :)
