I booked a three night stay with ordering a room with a king size bed Upon arrival, I was informed that all the King size bed rooms were booked. The person at the desk suggested that I talk to the desk clerk IN THE MORNING about relocating to another room. The next morning, I was unable to find anyone that could accommodate me. Stayed in the twin bed room. I was out of the room for a portion of the day to find my room unclean when I returned. I went to the front desk where the night manager profusely apologized, gave me a new set of towels and assured me that my room would be cleaned the when I returned IT WAS’NT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE ON THIS HOTEL STINKS
