  This hotel is still as good as new since it opened up a couple years ago. Led by one of the finest GMs out there in Chris Bryant. Love working with you and here's to continued to success!

  From the moment my family and I walked through the doors of Tru by Hilton in North Augusta, we knew we’d found something special. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and modern yet cozy design made our stay truly memorable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile, complimentary popcorn and water, and a genuine sense of hospitality—not something you find everywhere these days. The young lady who checked us in was friendly, polite and courteous. Heather, whom we met later that evening deserves special recognition. Her warmth, friendliness, and professionalism set the tone for our entire visit. She made us feel like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. As the stay went on, we got to know her a bit more. She shared stories, asked about our trip, and always took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across someone as engaging and kind as Heather, and we left feeling as though we’d gained a friend.The hotel itself blends high-tech convenience with a laid-back comfort that instantly puts you at ease. The vibrant décor, comfortable lobby, and relaxing background music give the space a lively yet inviting energy. Our room was spotless and well-equipped with a Smart TV, mini fridge, and great air conditioning. The body wash and shampoo were a pleasant surprise—refreshing and fragrant. The coffee was fresh and available throughout the day.There’s also a hearty breakfast in the morning, a well-maintained 24-hour gym, a spacious parking area, and convenient water stations. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in maintaining a clean and well-run property.While some family members found the beds a bit firm, I personally had a comfortable night’s sleep. Overall, this was one of the best overnight stays we’ve had in quite some time. Tru by Hilton North Augusta offers a family-friendly, pet-friendly experience that combines technology, comfort, and genuine hospitality.A special thank you to Heather and the entire team for making our stay so delightful. If you’re traveling through South Carolina, I sincerely recommend this hotel—you won’t be disappointed.

  Very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place looked and smelled so clean I had to ask, and it turns out it's less than 2 years old. Only reason for the 4 stars on the room is because I'm a larger sized man and it was a little small for me but still great for the little time I was there, and there's no microwave or coffee maker in the room. Loved the fact they have a billiards table in the lobby and corn hole available on the back patio area.

  From the time that you walk into the door of this hotel you are greeted by a front desk clerk who is genuinely smiling from ear to ear welcoming you to check in. This isn’t your usual stuffy, snooty Holiday Inn. It’s a laid back and relaxed atmosphere. The decor is in vibrant colors with different styles and textures. The rooms are very nice and clean. The body wash and shampoo was amazingly refreshing and smelled absolutely wonderful! There’s relaxing music in the background and the coffee is fresh at all times. This place has a nice vibe. I don’t think I could ever go back to another Holiday Inn! They need to take some lessons from these folks.
