The hotel was great. It was clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, had plenty of amenities, a comfortable bed and a selection of pillows from fairly firm to soft. I would stay here again.

Over all a fine hotel.
Rooms are good
Housekeeping is EXCELLENT, kind, and happy.
Alex the front desk "manager" is not built for he hospitality business.
His disdain for your guests is palpable.
No greeting if you approach.
Will not even look at you to give you time of day.
One word answers and acts as if you are a bother for daring to ask for assistance.
Why he wants to work in the hospitality field or why a company would keep him on is beyond me.
One can see that his toxic attitude has begun to affect others at the front desk
Amenities and housekeeping are great.
With Alex at the front desk you do not feel welcome.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are spacious. Pet friendly with lots of dog areas outside due to residential community and walking trail around a pond.

Shortly after 8 am, there was no coffee, no yogurt, and displayed hot breakfast items were running low.
Taken individually, any one of those conditions could have had a logical explanation; however, the primary employee responsible seemed simultaneously aware and indifferent to each. Worse still, she was reluctant to replenish these items because, as she stated, "I've been throwing (putting?) out food all morning," and, as she looked down at her phone, "breakfast is almost over."
Breakfast was indeed not "almost over," at least according to the hotel's advertised breakfast hours (6 am - 9 am).
The female employee, who identified herself as "Lee," indicated that supplies were indeed not out; but rather, that she was simply finished with replenishing them for the day.
That is a failure in many ways.
