My toddler daughter found a used, dirty pad left next to the bed, and there was another dirty pad left in the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health and safety issue, especially for a family with children. We immediately reported this to the front desk, and the response was shocking. We were simply handed a business card for the hotel—there were no apologies, no effort to clean the room, and no sense of urgency or concern. On top of that, the staff was poorly mannered and spoke to us with attitude, which only made the situation worse. Breakfast was also a disappointment: the food was cold and the area was not kept clean. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Due to the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic customer care, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

They don’t have strong coffee though, just decaf and regular. The hotel was clean. My mattress was a spring one, so it kind of felt like I was crashing in a spare room rather than sleeping at a hotel. The price is still pretty reasonable for what you’re getting. I’d stay here again

My issue was they wants names of anyone dropping information to me and I left around 130am bc I couldn't sleep. There was an awful sound.i thought it was snoring but it was not. I couldn't sleep and packed up only to get into an Uber with the most psychotic lady. There was no refund or effort to correct.
