This place went above and beyond the usual free WIFI and continental breakfast and provided a complimentary live action hostage negotiation experience! There was great police choreography, a suspenseful narrative, and even a good seating arrangement for the guests. Minus one star though because they stopped room service during the standoff.

We were put in the room because the front desk clerk said (after we realized the issues) that they were overbooked. Mind you, she did not make any reference to this issue as we were checking in. Coming in late at night unfortunately we toughed it out. From there, poor customer service, badly maintained common spaces, and discomfort were our lot for two nights. I'm not sure how this property qualifies for a Hilton label, but I hope Hilton will audit their properties and catch the bad ones like this one.

A patch in the wall of our room, room had a foul food smell, clicking at night. The maintenance guy,Joseph, was amazing! He fixed our hot water. Breakfast was not great, coffee was luke warm No biscuits and gravy not enough of a variety of juices. Not enough pastries. The staff was friendly and listened to our complaints.
