Great view from the room. It was quiet and everything worked properly. Great location with lots to do. Price was on par for the room. Would definitely stay again.

Up until the current stay and halfway into the stay I must make clear, the staff, rooms and even food has been 5 star. Unfortunately tonight I was treated extremely poorly and rudely by the gentleman at the front desk Juwon. So rude that I wouldnt feel comfortable ever coming back, im even packing now to leave a night early. Never had such poor customer service at a hotel before. Every other employee I have dealt with has been wonderful. The manager Randy was great!. Its unfortunate that 1 person could ruin such a great place.
