    Isabella was so sweet and pleasant serving us during the breakfast hours that she made my day. Definitely an asset to the kitchen and service staff. Location closer to the beach. Clean hotel.

    Sometimes you just get lucky. We weren't sure how far this day would take us. We settled on the North side of Charleston. We were having trouble with my Hilton App so we decided to give this hotel a shot. Carrie, the day shift guest service rep and the night time desk manager was so darn welcoming and accommodating that we would like here to bother at every Hilton our Diamond membership takes us. Carrie needs to be running guest services as Curio collection Hilton properties. Thank you!!!

    I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn twice now and can honestly say the rooms are average but the service is excellent! Specifically, the mattress in room 205 needs to be replaced. The king size bed has two large divots where people have slept in the same spot. I kept rolling into them while I was sleeping. It was so bad in fact, that I would inadvertently turn 90degrees in my sleep so that my body was laying where the pillows were. I didn’t get a restful night’s sleep the entire 4 night trip. The best part of the stay is the staff working the early morning breakfast shift. I remember seeing the same older lady both visits and she really shows the meaning of Southern Hospitality. It’s very comforting to have a conversation with her bright and early at 6AM while I’m still trying to wake up.

    Staff at the front desk was extremely rude. They tried to get me to sign a piece of paper saying I would not bring my son‘s baseball equipment inside yeah right I’m not leaving it in the car. They also tried to say we had to be in our rooms by 7 PM that we could not congregate in the public area we have been staying here for three years. This will be the last year if you are a sporting team looking for a place to stay, I would mark this one off of your list.
