- INInfo NowJan 5, 20261.0We’ve stayed in a few tru hotels and sadly I can tell this one is starting to look weathered ! I am pretty sure Mold was on the one decent pillow we had . Asked for more pillows and was told sorry. One room had a horrible smell and no towels. The other room looked dirty. The hair dryer was absolutely disgusting ! Oh and the gym felt beyond dirty ! I don’t think it has been cleaned since they opened !!! I feel we will have to find another chain for overnight stays as this one left us feeling gross. the curtains black out the room and the lighting In the parking lot is really good for feeling a little secure ! That’s about it ! It’s right off the 95 !
- NBNicholas BennettDec 31, 20254.0Breakfast was meh- need more “real” food options Gym floor prob hasn’t been cleaned since the place opened- wife came back with brown hands after doing ground exercises /yoga and had to wash her hair Pool was great warm rooms were neat and tidy- but floors were gross again- we thought no carpet would be cleaner but again these floors probably haven’t been cleaned in a very long time based on the soot on our feet after showering

We were offered a room change on a different floor but were not open as we were traveling with family and had multiple rooms on the same floor. I ended up leaving something at the hotel which was not cheap. I have tried to call like 4 times now today. First at 1 pm when the lady said she would give me a call back. At this point I just want to know if I need to purchase new $120 pants or not. I know for sure the pants were left in the room because I used them as a weight to hold down the towel over the broken blasting AC unit. So if they say there was nothing I know tht is lie but atleast I can buy myself a new pair knowing tht. Like how hard is it to get a call back omg. The service honestly is very poor. Would not recommend

- ARAram RubinsonDec 13, 20255.0I had very low expectations after reading reviews but get a grip! This place is located right off 95 so don’t expect luxury. It’s quite clean, the bathroom is very functional, there are black out shades, they allow dogs, and the bed was nice and firm. Also… huge surprise the gym has exactly the equipment that I needed. Very nice to stumble on that.
