- LFLorenzo FordDec 26, 20255.0I absolutely love staying here. The first people that you see are the ones at the front desk. I have met 4 so far and they all have a welcoming and accommodating energy. The hotel gives off old world class. Very clean and classic. When I enter I feel like I have money and have made it lol. It's located in a happening area of town, so if you like to be out and about, you can tour any of the nearby spots within walking distance or enjoy the in-hotel restaurant. I stay here for work and am an introvert so I hardly go out but I do like to observe the goings on and people watch from my windows from time to time. This place fills up fast so please reserve early!

They generously upgraded us to the penthouse which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Most suitable for bigger families. Breakfast was great. Service was friendly. Spa was good. Well worth the cost. Thank you! We’ll be back on the next road trip!

I had to circle the block and public parking in hopes to grab a spot...I finally did carried a couple of things to keep fresh and for the price NO ROOM REFRIGERATOR! One and done for us.
- KSKatherine Harris SzerdyDec 3, 20255.0We decided to venture off of boring old 95 to this quaint old gem of a Victorian hotel in the heart of historic downtown Florence, South Carolina! I love that Hilton buys up and restores these historic hotels that would never survive in this day and age if still privately owned! The staff is courteous, the rooms clean, comfortable and attractive! There is a restaurant in house for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and a Mexican place across the street, a pizza parlor next door. Parking is in a lot across the street or in a lot behind the hotel, and both are free. You will find all the amenities of a Hilton here, but no free breakfast like at the Hilton Hampton Inn. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!
- CDCesar DelapazNov 11, 20254.0A boutique hotel in downtown Florence. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is very nice, looks great, has an old feel and look. The bads are so comfortable!!! The restaurant in the hotel is a little on the expensive side, but not bad, although the black eyed peas were under cooked, the staff made it right quickly with a discount and free dessert. They have a spa and a small, very small gym. I will definitely book here again if I am ever back in this area
