    Awesome staff all around. Clean rooms, better than most fitness area. Breakfast and close to shopping and restaurants.

    We sold our home and while waiting for our rental properties to be available we are staying here for 27 days or so. The best thing about this hotel is Connie. She is the gorgeous, loving, generous, God loving and all around wonderful women who provides breakfasts in the morning and also does the Wed. night complementary dinner and drinks. We will miss Ms Connie the MOSTwhen we leave. It would just be a nice holtel without her. With her its like being at your favorite Aunts home.

    Excellent stay. The woman (I hate I didn’t get her name) that was working the breakfast area this morning was amazing! So sweet. So attentive. Rooms were great. Beds comfortable. Wish the curtains kept out more light. Would def recommend.

    The location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly. The new GM was also very nice, and I can’t say enough about the lady with the blonde dreads—she’s amazing and really makes the Wednesday night social events so much fun! That said, our actual stay was disappointing, especially since my family had raved about their experience here a couple of years ago. Room & Cleanliness Issues: The bathroom in our room was not properly cleaned. There was visible dirt in the corners, and worst of all, I could smell the toilet from the bed, which was nauseating. The toilet bowls clearly need a thorough cleaning. To make matters worse, someone had stuffed leftover tissues—including a used one with lipstick—back into the tissue box, which was unsanitary. When housekeeping came, we explained we were about to leave and asked them to come back later, but they never returned. On top of that, one of the maids helped themselves to $25 that was sitting on the dresser in one of our two rooms. Typically, when guests want to leave a tip, they put it out on the nightstand or kitchen table—not folded up on a dresser. We were only staying one night, and the money disappeared after we had a really nice day out, which made the situation even more frustrating. Hotel Maintenance Issues: I reported spilled wine in the elevator to a staff member, but it was never cleaned. Instead, people tracked through it, spreading the mess and making the elevator even filthier. Breakfast Issues: The quality of the breakfast was also concerning. The apple juice had a sour taste, and the waffle batter seemed spoiled or expired. Serving food in that condition could easily lead to food poisoning. Overall: This hotel has great potential because of its location, friendly front desk staff, and engaging social events. However, the housekeeping and cleanliness standards are unacceptable, and the new GM really needs to stay on top of the cleaning staff. No guest should have to endure the smell of a dirty toilet for a three-night stay, find used tissues in their room, lose money to staff, or risk spoiled food at breakfast.

    We had been on the road for more than 10 hours and couldn’t wait to finally rest, but instead we walked into a horribly dirty room. The carpet was full of stains, the kitchen was filthy, and shockingly there were shoe marks on the ceiling. The bathroom was even worse: feces smeared on the wall next to the toilet (photos attached), mold and grime in the corners, rust and stains on fixtures, and a constant sewer smell coming from the bathroom, which has no door—only an open arch—so the stench filled the entire room. On top of that, the sink was clogged and water would not drain. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was as loud as a tractor, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The only positive aspects were the friendly service at the front desk and the decent breakfast, but unfortunately these cannot outweigh the disgusting and unacceptable condition of the room. This was a truly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
