As tired as I am, I'm unable to sleep because every noise and footstep of every room near me is very efficiently transmitted into my room. Its wild how much noise makes its way though the walls and ceiling. Ive never stayed somewhere so poorly insulated as this place. Hopefully the cacophony dies down soon so I can get some rest!

The bathroom was not cleaned, the sink was very slow like it had a clogged, the glassware was dirty, there was a stain on the carpet, the bottles in the shower one was torn off the wall and the screws sticking out the back so when you grabbed it they stabbed you and the lighting was vet harsh. We stayed in the location in Naples for the last few days. This was a major step down from the Naples location. We switched hotel chains that we stay at because of the stay we had at Naples. The Florence location has us looking for another chain to stay at.
- JDJames DavisNov 13, 20252.0Dirty bathroom! The counter was dirty and the towels were also filthy! The sink drain was also clogged. We arrived and while we were checking in, I inquired if the hotel gives discounts to first responders. The person at the desk didn't give a verbal answer; she just looled at me and shook her head "no." I felt as if we were bothering her. We took a shower and discovered that the body wash bottled was detached from the wall. Whomever prepared the room just set the whole affair on the shelf in the shower, so to get body wash, we had to hold the bottle as well as the block that went with it and the sharp screws that were no longer in the wall dug into our hands. The good points were that the room had a refrigerator/ freezer and a dishwasher. The rooms, however, were not as bright and cheerful as those in the Home2 motel that we stayed at in Florida. This motel definitely was not as nice as that one. When we checked out, the desk person never asked how our stay was. I told her about all of the issies we had but she made no effort to make things right with us.
