    Hotel was fine, very convenient location. Room was fine. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever. No eggs when I was there and the orange juice was awful. I threw it away. When my husband got there, they were out of coffee. Looks like they never refilled it because when he checked again, still out.

    I just called to ask for pricing on a hotel for tomorrow 12/20/2025 and whoever you have on staff was incredibly rude. She said pricing changes before 3:30 next day so I can't give you a price. To which I said I'm sorry you can't help me book a room over the phone? Her reply was that's not what you asked for you asked for price, you want to book a hotel? At this point I just hung up. I hope you guys record calls because that interaction was horrible. We have stayed at a home 2 suites in the past and it was incredible. But we immediately disconnected the call and chose not to stay here based off of your staff members rude and unprofessional nature.

    **This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star!!!! What happened at this Hilton Home2 Suites was not only unacceptable, it was deeply concerning. At 6:30 AM, we received a call directly to our room DEMANDING payment for a fee the hotel claimed they had “forgotten to charge.” The only option they gave us was to provide our card number over the room phone because they needed it immediately. For a hotel carrying the Hilton name, this level of carelessness is simply unbelievable. We trusted the call because it came through the internal hotel phone, and we were exhausted with an 8-hour drive ahead. The next day, more than $400 were taken from our account. When we called the hotel that same day to report what happened, the response was dismissive, evasive, and completely irresponsible: “this has nothing to do with us.” From a Hilton-branded hotel, we expected security, proper protocols, and support —not to be brushed off after a clear security breach involving their own internal phone system. I’m not saying the staff charged the card themselves, but it is undeniable that their weak protocols, exposed systems, and total lack of oversight enabled this fraud. A hotel with the Hilton name should protect its guests, not leave them vulnerable and then refuse to take any responsibility. Never staying here again. Not recommended. Hilton needs to seriously investigate this property’s security practices —if any exist at all.

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!! Staff will call your room pretending your card information is wrong and steal your money. Had the police at this location for this exact reason. General manager has been called and NOT A WORD OUT OF HIM DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
