Very conveniently located. I wish the king suite though was actually 2 rooms with a door, rather than just separated by an open space with microwave and coffee area.

Stayed here Tuesday on a work trip. I was not feeling well and called ahead to any chance of an early check in and was so grateful when I arrived and my room was ready! No issues during my stay and next time I am here for work this will be my go to location! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quality and amenities down, prices up. Welcome to the new Hilton Garden Inn. Pools are shrinking, no hot tub, peeled caulk in the bathroom, rusting lamps in the room and mattresses have gotten cheaper/harder. Restaurant service has been minimized and Gold members are down to a discount on breakfast instead of the inclusion vouchers. They do have large flat screen TV's (made in Mexico, at least not supporting the CCP) if that's what you're looking for. Meanwhile, cost is up about 40% in the last three years. Time to use the power of the free market and find other places to stay.

I stayed here on the way back from vacation. The room was nice and clean, the beds were nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It's located not far from the interstate and in a convenient area. The breakfast options were also very good. It's a small thing to appreciate, but I'm picky on blueberry muffins and don't like when frozen blueberries are used as they give a different texture, but they were made with fresh fruit in house and that was a nice change. I'm only giving it 4 stars to help staff and future guests that aren't aware of the following two things I'm about to say, they're minimal but important to do. I don't recall the front desk staff mentioning at check in that the breakfast wasn't free but I also didn't see the sign in front that showed prices or double check the website so part of that was on me. I've stayed at several Hilton-owned hotels that had free breakfast so I assumed this would have that. While my own lack of research didnt bother me, I know some people would get all upset about it and take it out on the staff. There was a server that asked if I was aware I had to pay for it, because I couldn't eat most anything in the buffet as I don't eat meat so I only got a small bowl of scrambled eggs (from the buffet) and a small bowl of fruit from the middle area. I didn't know the buffet was a separate charge from the area in the middle. She was very kind and didn't charge me the full buffet price since I didn't get anything else from it. It might be good to remind the front desk staff to mention this so it doesn't come around to them or the wait staff. I also know there is an incidentals charge that I would be getting back as long as the room was still in good shape, but I don't think the front desk mentioned that to me either and it slipped my mind. I was reminded of that when I checked my bank account and saw an extra $40 charge. Again, I knew this so it doesn't bother me but people will be people and I don't want the staff at the front desk to have that come back around to them. Far too many people aren't as understanding and being in a public facing role is hard enough. All together though it was a nice stay and I would 100% stay again.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location—and the maintenance guy, who was genuinely helpful and professional. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The beds were hard as a rock, making it extremely uncomfortable to get any real rest. When we arrived, there was no TV remote in the room. We called the front desk, and maintenance informed us we could either move three floors down to another room or be compensated for the night. Since it was late and we didn’t want to haul all of our belongings downstairs, we chose to stay and were told we’d receive compensation. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk about this, and they showed very little interest in honoring what was promised, citing the fact that we booked through a third-party site. We even said we’d be fine with some form of credit for a future stay, but that went nowhere. We were told to expect a call from the manager—which never happened. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay or reliable customer service, I’d strongly caution against choosing this hotel. Promises were made and not kept, and follow-through was nonexistent.
