  Nice motel. Room was very clean and well equipped. Motel was extremely crowded due to holiday travelers, but handled it. Very good breakfast with lots of variety.

  Staffing issues at the hotel led to long delays for guests seeking to check in. Front desk staff were friendly and apologetic, but there was little they could do. Eventually people got their rooms. Coffee and cookies in the lobby we're cold. Will probably try a different location next time.

  Spent the night at Hampton Inn on 12/15/25 without heat in the room...the heater did not work while it was 29 degrees outside. In the morning we did NOT have hot water! Barely luke warm/cold shower. Brought it to the attention of the desk clerk and she told us she didn't have the authority to adjust price. I asked her to have the manager call me...but haven't heard from anybody. We spent 4 nights at Hampton Inns traveling from Michigan to North Carolina to Florida. Had issues with all of them! The conditions and cleanliness has really gone down hill. Won't be staying at a Hampton inn again!

  Absolutely Outstanding Stay! I recently booked a room at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Florence, SC as an overnight stop during my trip to and from Fort Myers, FL (Nov 9th and 16th 2025). What I initially expected to be just a convenient place to rest turned out to be two absolutely delightful evenings and mornings that exceeded every expectation. From the start, the location was ideal. It was so easy to access right off the highway, which was such a relief after a long day on the road. The area felt very safe, and there was plenty of well-lit parking close to the entrance. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a warm, smiling front desk team who made me feel more like a visiting friend than a hotel guest. That level of hospitality really set the tone. The hotel’s interior is modern, tasteful, and updated, creating a comfortable and upscale ambiance. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout - from the lobby and hallways to the pool area and my room. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything you need for a restful stay, including complimentary toiletries if needed. After settling in, I took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub—a perfect way to unwind and stretch out after hours in the car. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality sheets, lots of pillows, and cozy blankets. Despite nearby rooms being occupied, the space was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. One of the true highlights was the complimentary breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of fresh and hot options, from eggs, waffles, and bacon to yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, and muffins. There was something to satisfy every dietary need. The kitchen staff were exceptional—quickly replenishing items with a smile, and ensuring everything stayed fresh and well-stocked. From check-in to checkout, every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and attentive, clearly committed to delivering a superior guest experience. It’s rare to find a hotel that is so well-run and consistently maintained, but this Hampton Inn truly stands out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area or visiting Florence. It’s an excellent value, a welcoming atmosphere, and a place I will definitely return to. Don’t miss this gem on your next trip!

  We weren't there for more than 12 hours. Staff was quite pleasant. The hotel seemed a bit dated but in good repair. Plenty of hot water, clean sheets, great location. Can't speak to the breakfast as we were on the road before 6am when they opened. Only complaint would be price. Everyone online, including Hilton own, had room around 120.00 but website wouldn't allow booking. Upon calling direct to hotel the room was 147.00. Not cool
