Excellent hotel, right off I-95. Wonderful staff. Walk 100 yards to Starbucks and great family restaurant Julia Belle's. We stay here every time we drive thru South Carolina. A+++

Easy on/off to 95, decent food nearby as well, not just fast food. Rooms were clean, small indoor pool was great for the kids after a long day on the road. Staff was friendly.

I booked my room through the Hilton app around 8:30pm on a Saturday—last-minute, with only a few rooms left. Just to be sure, I called to confirm the reservation. The person who answered was pleasant, helpful, and reassuring: “You’re all set.” And they meant it.
By 8:45, I’d checked in online. By 8:50, my digital key was in hand (well, phone). As someone who stays at Hampton Inns often, I’ve learned not to get my hopes up about digital keys—but this time, it worked like a charm.
Room 501 was a pleasant surprise: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. A small but full kitchen, a large desk, a big TV, and a loveseat The bed? A comfy king-size , paired with equally comfy pillows.
Craving something sweet, I wandered into their sweet snack shop which was well-stocked and ready to rescue my sugar emergency.
All in all, this was one of my best Hampton Inn stays to date. Quiet, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed to unwind. They nailed it

Hilton Diamond member here. First time at this location. Valerie n Dorothy were amazing at the front desk. We arrived in the dark and it was raining … we were stressed from driving all day. They provided some much needed levity and accommodations. The room was clean and well appointed. Brekkie area was well stocked. Coffee was hot and fresh.
Return to this location? Absolutely

Awful experience on October 25 at 4:40 AM. We arrived at the hotel and were treated with complete disrespect by the front desk guy. He was clearly sleepy, rude, and sarcastic — acting like helping us was some kind of favor.
He didn’t ask for our names, email, or car information (in case something happened in the parking lot). He didn’t mention breakfast, didn’t explain where the room was, didn’t thank us — absolutely nothing. He just wanted to take the payment as fast as possible and go back to sleep.
The shower had only cold water, and there was no water at all in the kitchen sink.
Terrible service, no professionalism, and zero hospitality. I truly hope a manager checks who was working at 4:40 AM on October 25 and speaks to that employee, because he seriously needs to learn how to be more professional and respectful toward guests.
Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
