We had a positive experience staying at the tru while waiting to close on the house. It's comfortable and offers a variety of food for breakfast. Walk in shower was a bonus we didn't expect.

Im very disappointed about the night shift front desk here. I am sick and forgot to grab some medicine at the store, so I went downstairs to the lobby to grab me some waters and some Tylenol(without my wallet and needed to charge to my room.) The lady who is working night shift is constantly on her phone smiling and flirting with who knows who but not paying attention to anyone who walks through that door. I asked to charge my water and medicine to my room and she said she couldn't because she dont know how to charge to the room. I expressed to her that I needed to charge it to the room and she insisted to charge my card and gave me a total on the card charge machine(remind you I didnt have my card on me.) Then she proceeded to tell me that Hilton dont charge to the rooms anymore and I said that imposible, I am a diamond member with more than 400,000 point and I know for a fact they do because I just stayed in one last night and charged to the room with no problem. Then she proceeded to tell me that it was only this location.(I know thats BS) This was a very inconvenient experience and someone needs to train their employees better to accommodate their guests. Other than this, I am pleased with the room quality. Nothing wrong with the Hotel, its the front desk staff that made my stay uncomfortable.

Absolutely unprofessional staff, did not acknowledge anyone. The hallway smelled like Marijuana, the bathroom was dirty. Not helpful or friendly. I had an issue and the staff laughed about it.... The worse Hilton experience, ever. This is my first negative review ever. Don't stay here......

Morning Front desk customer service was unprofessional and nasty. Did not acknowledge me or my party to check out on 10/19/25. We stayed in silence for at least 10 minutes before I had to ask him how do we checkout. No hello, good morning or I’ll be with you. Just typed on the laptop without making a gesture of hold on didn’t even look up and had an attitude when I asked him do I leave my key or checkout with him. It shouldn’t have took 10 mins for a 30 second response. Unprofessional! I respectfully didn’t interrupt him because I thought he was finishing up work etc. Even the couple behind me looked confused and just left the key on the desk and just left.

Horrible experience. I paid for my room before arriving because I was contacted by staff, upon arrival I was notified that the rooms were sold out and offered a king bed room or a double bed room that was out of service. I asked to speak with the manager several times and he couldn’t be reached. I’ve called and called the corporate. This happened almost a week ago and I still haven’t spoken to the manager or nothing has been resolved.
