We heard doors slamming all night, stomping that sounded like a herd of elephants, paper-thin walls where we could hear music until 1am, and when attempting to call down to the front desk to make a noise complaint, the phone was redirected to an office that doesn’t even ring to the main desk! At 12:30am, I had to get up, go down stairs, and explain why neither I nor my husband could sleep! When informing the front desk agent the next morning, they had delivered our information to the manager. I never got a call, but received an email with a refund of $35 on a room stay that was $175!! WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here! Very very disappointed!
