Might as well have slept outside on the sidewalk for the noise and lack of privacy. Bed is less than 5 ft from a 6 lane byway, in full view, cars and big trucks speeding by at all hours, dangerously close and horribly loud. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have stayed there at least once a month since September for our 10th year anniversary, and we have been coming back ever since. We celebrated my sister's 79th birthday there in September with my niece. The staff is absolutely amazing. We're just there november 15th and Tiffany G, was marvelous from speaking to her on the phone and solving my problem. She came to back to work at 7:00am to keep her promise and solve the problem. Please thank her for us. Your morning staff in the buffet area are the most friendly, and well respected individuals that early in the morning. My husband and I enjoy staying in your suites. They are always clean and ready before my check in time. Please express our sincere gratitude for all your staff.
