Before arriving, we completed online check in and received a text from Sonja at the hotel to see if we had any needs. She made sure the sofa bed bedding was in the room and even left bottled water (Hilton Honors perk) in the room- a nice touch! Only issue we had was that our digital key didn’t work but it was an easy fix. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean, and breakfast offered more than similar hotels (even a breakfast taco station with pulled pork and a variety of condiments.) Great stay!

I am traveling from a race in NC and needed to do laundry. Went down stairs and noticed they didn’t have any laundry detergent. I asked if they had any in the back they didn’t then I asked if they could go and grab some for me at a store I would pay for there time and product (I have no vehicle to leave it’s in the shop.) was told to insta cart it by the manager. Then a little later I see one of the mangers walk in with captain d’s for lunch MUST BE NiCE. Way to take care of the people that spend money with you. It’s small I know but it’s the small things that make people come back. Plus I don’t normally leave reviews but this needs to be said.

I have stayed in Hilton for a long time and we just left Asheville Homewood Suites and it was levels above this. 1. I check in on the app. I upgraded my room and was given a room number. I got to the hotel and the lady at the front desk 10/26 gave me a room that was clearly run down and the bed was disgusting. So she switched my room to the original room, I paid for and the toilet is now stopped for an hour no one is coming. Went to siy at my room table and there was a dirty shower loofah in the chair …., disgusting.
