In addition the lady at the front desk Deidra was amazing. Her level of customer service was beyond exceptional. I sat in the lobby one of my 4 night stay and she was a breath of fresh air. After a stressful day of work I sat in the lobby to look at some stuff the laughter and conversation was much needed. Ms. Dee I hope you get a chance to see this review and your supervisor because you need to be on the training team for Hilton Customer service.
- MWMarissa WilliamsOct 5, 20254.0Excellent staff and large clean rooms. If you have pets, small children, or are perhaps a travel ball team - this is your spot! However - if you are someone looking for a full night of sleep - perhaps try somewhere else. Quiet hours are only 11-7. We had the air conditioner on, two noise machines, and even tried earplugs. Nothing could drown out the youth football team above us. The staff was nice and did their best to talk to all the rooms as the complaints came in, but - kids. Super fun breakfast the first day with diy breakfast sandwiches (fresh warm biscuits!), but the second day was bad. Had to wait for a clean plate. Most of the food was gone. Nothing was being refilled. One employee was running around trying to keep up. Even with the problems the candy in the lobby, friendly faces, and cocoa bar bumped this one to a 4 star review.
