    Lots of dust build up on empty lotion bottle in bathroom. Hair, not mine in shower. Room needed a good cleaning.

    Our stay here would have been okay HAD OUR TRUCK NOT BEEN STOLEN FROM THE PARKING LOT. 😡 Yes, you read that right. We were there for business, and on the 4th night of our stay- sometime between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am- someone (or more likely multiple people) took the truck from the parking lot. The photo shows the police cruiser sitting in the spot that the truck was parked in, and I took the photo from the room. It was in sight of our room, parked under a light, and only about 60 feet from the front door. Once the police report was filed, the police asked the hotel to see video footage, and strangely, their motion activated cameras didn’t detect a thing. Really?!? A huge F-350 truck is taken from the parking lot, and the cameras don’t catch anything? That tells me that the girl working night shift definitely had a part in it if not the whole staff. I’m sure they got their money for their part. Hope they have a great Christmas with that money, and I hope their conscience catches up with them soon. There was no broken glass, and we never heard the truck start. It’s a pretty loud diesel, and my husband is a light enough sleeper that he most likely would have woken up if the truck had been cranked. I typically love Home2 Suites and that’s my go-to hotel pick, but when things like this happen, it makes me want to avoid Hilton properties because of a few bad apples that ruin not only a hotel stay but our livelihood.

    There are multiple hotels in the location. Choose a different one. Staff is rude, condescending and unnecessarily nasty. Rooms are what you would expect.

    My truck was stolen 60 feet from the front door and the night clerk was very little help,we'll no help. It's been 12 hours and the general manager still hasn't shown up to check on things its now 2pm so no help from him thanks Jason . I will say the daytime crew was nice and friendly. After talking with the local police I was told that the area had a lot of property crime so check that out before you book. Like the commercial says it matters where you stay LOL

    Female Employee working Afternoon/Evening on Wednesday and Thursday was absolutely rude, uninterested in being there & should not work in customer service How about saying hello! Customer calls says the hotwater was not working at full strength vs oh no one has reported it. Bathroom floors and shower were far from clean. You need to CLEAN the baseboards and bottom of the shower. If you are not going have housekeeping on Thanksgiving put more supplies in the bathroom. Get off your phones when a customer walks in. We are paying you salary. Dirty dishes Wednesday in the breakfast area tubs.
