In the evenings guests socialize in the lobby area. The floor I was on was quiet. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated.

The employees were actually awesome very helpful, knowledgeable about the area and left us alone when we didn't want to be bothered. My issue is with corporate policies. The breakfast that used to be free and self serve is now hosted and requires a micro transaction. The micro transaction also allows a tip option. I have no problem tipping, I object to the corporate tactic of adding this so they can pay underappreciated employees less because they receive tips. The breakfast is low cost to be sure and certainly worth the cost. The problem is when I used to get it for free any cost raises eyebrows. Add in the micro transaction and documented tip falsely called complimentary and I see the picture much differently. Thank you for reading my rant, safe travels.
