    Hotel room is ok. The bartender/ Alesia need to learn the menu. Tried to order pizza and was told the oven was out because of a banquet. We were told we could only order fried food. So I ordered hot wings and asked if the salad came in a smaller size and she said yes. Then we were brought a large salad and was charged accordingly. We left and went somewhere and can back. I wanted to order just dessert. The cheese cake is $8.00 and so is the brownie with the vanilla ice cream. After waiting a while she comes back to say we don’t have vanilla ice cream and offer flavors I don’t like, so I asked for the cheese cake. I was told they already heated the brownie, but we would not be charged, but we could still have it. Then when I get the bill instead of $8.00 I’m charged $10.90. Now I know that’s only a $2.90 difference, but the principle is she said one thing and did another. I should have been warned before the brownie was heated that they were out of vanilla ice cream. She is not professional nor is she friendly. As a person that works in customer service, I believe she would benefit from more training. I will not recommend your hotel to anyone I know, nor will I ever come back.

    Disappointing customer service from Rosemary at the front desk tonight. I worked a 12 hour shift at a local hospital and my company placed me at this hotel. I was having trouble accessing the digital key and Rosemary wouldn’t so much as look up to help me. She gave me an 888 number and went about her business stocking miniature shampoo bottles. I’ll make sure to let my company and coworkers know that this isn’t the place to try to rest after a long day in the operating room.

    Well staffed with lots of special features. A beautiful fire pit off the back area, enclosed pool, gym and rec area. Lots of lobby space. The staff works hard and cares. Enjoyed my stay.

    Rooms were good but not stocked well enough for two people for two days. Reservation clearly says two and there could have been more items to shower with. Windows are also permanently fogged up and you can’t see out of them. We didn’t use the bar for food or drinks. The room didn’t come with any bottled water. The location is good. Not far from a lot of things but not the most walkable. Parking was rough. We stayed this weekend and I know there were two concerts but parking was tough to find both Friday and Saturday night.
