We chose the Hampton and found that our first impression of the hotel was favorable. After getting to the room it looked good and then I went into the bathroom, nice clean fresh towels, a dirty toilet with poo glued to the bowl of the toilet and the mirror with soap splashes dried on the mirror. Dust around the lamps by the bed. So I know the rooms were made to look good without the actual cleaning done. Staff looked unprofessional but kind.

The bed sheets were stained, pillows had a terrible BO smell, mold covered the showers, hallways smell of mildew. The hotel reviews state they looked at and handled all these issues which is not the case. For the price of the room for 1 night was very unsettling.
