I had a little bit of trouble getting checked in, but Vie handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again.

Bathrooms covered in urine on floors and toilet, no soap in dispensers obviously not cleaned or maintained. No breakfast!! What's the point of staying at Hampton Inn. Paid twice as much as the hotel next door and got no breakfast. Being a Hilton a Gold/Diamond member for >15 years and this was the worst stay i ever had in a hotel. Total waste of $188. Guess where I will not be staying next week! Unacceptable Hilton/Hampton Inn.

The ongoing renovations are obviously needed. There was no mention of these problems when I made the reservation. There should at least be a discount offered.
