So we checked in dropped badge off at room took a shower went out to eat. We we returned few hours later the little parking lot was full of campers rigs trailers and company trucks taking over there to five parking spaces. So we decided to park in front where we have seen before others parked in front near lobby by staff parking. Jennifer the night clerk came out and told us we had to move so I told her it wasn’t any parking on property and we went back and forth for about 30 minutes until almost midnight. I am very disappointed in the way she acted spoke to me and definitely not any customer service at all with the treatment that she did towards a diamond/silver member no accommodations at all. I even told her that people park in front the last time we were here and she said no not you.!!! We decided toot was too much with her rudeness so she checked us out but wouldn’t give $ back because room was used so we came back 20 minutes later and waited for shift change to return to room SAFELY

Bed was not comfortable and breakfast sucked. However the morning front desk people were awesome and the location in reference to where I needed to work was great.
