Great location. Terrible parking options. Rooms are a little musty; feels like HVAC can’t keep up. Shower was a little weak and the shower head wouldn’t pivot - the entire pipe just moved around. Front desk was less than helpful at check-in. Appreciated the early check in, but: - had a hard time checking in; we had multiple rooms under two names - they studied my license and card for each room… I checked-in, then went to do the second room and she had to study my ID and card as if she’d never seen it. 😂 - extra towels? “No, not for King rooms.” - an extra set of keys? “Can’t do it.” - Diamond waters/snack? Didn’t offer it I wouldn’t stay here in the future; I’d rather stay at a more accommodating property and Uber down to the area. Especially for the price of the room. Heads up: the hotel will instruct you to park in the lots across from the hotel, but the owner of the lot says the hotel isn’t supposed to allow guests to park there. Just got into a discussion/debate with the parking police guy… he claims he has “hundreds of clients” using his lot each day 😂😂😂 (it’s empty)

My wife was unable to travel with me due to illness and despite providing the reception with her email, phone, and last 4 digits of credit card as requested they would not let me check in. Also said since I was a Hilton Honors member I should have been aware of the policy that my wife who booked my travel and needed to list me on the reservation by name. Said I need to take it up with Hotels.com. You can not reach a person at Hotels.com to help. I had to drive home 4 hours at 11 pm at night. I will no longer be booking Hilton properties or using Hotels.com

When staying at this hotel I went for a couple drinks at the bar. I was charged incorrectly and had the bartender reverse the charges but was never refunded my money. Had the manager call me and they tried to do it but ended up charging me again. Unreal.
