    Gorgeous facility; only drawbacks, no real food on the property and never received any cleaning service in 3 days. I'm guessing you had to ask for it. Service at the front desk and concierge is awesome.

    My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Hilton. The rooms are very nice, clean, and the hotel is centrally located. The only thing this Hilton does not have is an on-site restaurant for dinner, not a deal breaker at all due to the close proximity of other eating establishments. They do have a bar that serves lite apps after 4pm and there is a smoothie place that has breakfast food/lite lunch that is open until 2 or 3pm. There is a high-end restaurant across from the parking lot called Marbled and Fin. They have great apps and nice bar lounge area (We did not have dinner there). The valet parking at the hotel was convenient for a 49.00 dollar nightly fee.

    Absolutely loved the beauty and charm of this place! So relaxing and welcoming, and you can’t beat the location—right in the heart of downtown Charleston. Perfect for a quick getaway!

    Concierges were nice, staff was very helpful. Rooms were first class and great location. Note no pool or hot tub and no DVD/Blu-ray players. Lots of walkable restaurants and activities nearby. Wonderful resort.
