Although I was moved to another room, I did not get any sleep because the thought of those BUGS being in that other room had me traumatized. The desk clerk apologized, but I feel that the manager should have been involved. I informed my company to NEVER book at this hotel again!

The room was decent but idk why the beds are so low to the ground, every step I took felt like the floor was going to fall lol but the reason for the low rating will have to go to the baby roaches all over the room. I killed 3 on the wall, 2 in the bathroom, not very happy to see that.
