I immediately called the front desk to report it. A female staff member answered the phone, and although she initially seemed reluctant to assist, I remained patient and explained the situation clearly. After checking, she informed me that the slides had been found and that housekeeping would contact me to arrange delivery. I waited several days with no follow-up. When I called again, I was told the housekeeping manager was out due to family matters, so I waited again. After additional time passed, I called once more and spoke to the same front desk representative. Her tone was again dismissive, and after placing me on hold briefly, she returned to tell me that someone else had claimed my Gucci slides, stating they matched their description. This is unacceptable. The slides were confirmed as found under my reservation, and I should not be deprived of my personal property. I am requesting that this matter be investigated immediately and that my slides be returned or compensated without further delay. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise on the next steps to resolve this issue. Thank you.

The room was beautiful My only complaint which is small since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel besides night time and morning. The tvs are so old, no smart apps, can’t air drop to the tv. I was ready to die after watching commercials and for how nice the facility was and the cost to stay there. That was weird and a bummer the tvs are so old, since new tvs are very cheap and it would have been nice to relax at night watching what I wanted instead of commercials and the tv guide didn’t work, but besides that, 10/10 recommend
